90% of a video is made of sound. Yes, it may sound strange, but it’s absolutely true: a film is nothing without good audio. What really matters is the mix: clear dialogue, music at the right volume, and the natural sounds of the surrounding environment. Everything has to be heard, and the final result must feel harmonious, so that you could “watch” the film with your eyes closed, experiencing the same emotions and clearly understanding what is happening.

That’s why I use high-quality microphones and audio recorders which, placed as invisibly as possible, allow me to capture excellent sound to complement the images.
